About this event

In this 1-hour cooking demo, you will learn the principles of Aquafaba, with Cédric's tips to maintain a super tasty and lasting Aquafaba to make mini pavlova nests and meringue kisses.

But also:

- How to infuse a baked meringue with flavour, and how you can apply the same principles with many herbs and flowers.

- Piping tips to make a stable baked Pvalova nest with hands-on piping exercise.

-Pipe your own set of Pavlova nests!
