Brian’s career as a chef and caterer spans over 30 years. He developed skills in mixing traditional Indian spices, pickling, jam making and curries (specializing in vindaloo and butter chicken). In 1972, Brian's British/Indian family (Anglo Indian) arrived in Australia and with him, came unique family recipes and a spirit for traditional Indian fusion flavours. Since then he's been a constant in the Brisbane food scene and now he's ready to start cooking with you!
Join us for this 5 hour masterclass where we'll show you :
- How to create the the perfect starter. We talking samosa or partha
- Traditional region orientated meatball, chicken or beef curry.
- Delectable desserts like jelabi's and gulabjamun (trust us they're mindblowingly good)
