Description

Are your employment contracts putting your organisation at risk? How does the Fair Work Act 2009 affect what you can put in them?

Contracts of employment are needed to clarify the terms and conditions of employment, however working out what to include in them can be difficult.

Specifically designed for managers and HR practitioners, responsible for preparing employment contracts in their organisation, this workshop will look at the most common mistakes that are made and how to ensure compliance with legislation. It will also consider the implications of inconsistencies between contract terms and legislation, as well as a closer look at useful CCER resources that are available.

We will also welcome you to submit your own questions about contracts in advance so they can be answered during the session.
