A Contemporary Grazing forum will be held on Friday 1st April, 10am to 3.00pm
At the Churches of Christ Hall, Commercial Street, Kaniva
Topics for the day include;
• stock densities, pasture utilisation and recovery times
• the use grazing to increases landscape function and regenerate perennial grasslands
• How to design, set up and baseline monitor “safe to fail” trails
• Planning & design
• suitable infrastructure
• selecting and breeding animals that are suitable for “Contemporary grazing”
