National Recycling Week is held 9 to 16 November 2026. This annual event, organised by Planet Ark, aims to encourage and educate local communities about good recycling practices. Join us for an interactive presentation with KESAB Environmental Solutions to learn about the ‘what, how and why’ of waste and recycling. This interactive presentation will cover; what goes in each bin and what doesn’t, the importance of recycling and food organics recovery, electronic waste and other tricky items. Free. Limited spaces. Registration required. Preference will be given to City of Mitcham residents. Free.
