Founder and GP of Safety Beach Medical and Wellness Practice.

Rob is the co-founder and GP at Safety Beach Medical & Wellness Practice, alongside his wife. With over 15 years’ experience in medicine, Rob has worked as a GP in the UK, as an NHS Emergency Registrar and completed NHS surgical training.

Rob is passionate about empowering patients through empathy, education, and committed support, helping them take an active role in achieving their health & wellness goals.


Vanessa Elleman

Employee Experience Specialist | Founder, EXperience EVangelists

Vanessa is passionate about creating great places to work. With a strong background in employee engagement and organisational culture, she partners with businesses to design people-first experiences that genuinely support both performance and wellbeing.
