We invite those living with dementia and their carers to Connection Café. This is an inclusive event for people with memory concerns.


Connection Café is a monthly event to connect with others living with dementia. We aim to increase social connections and share experiences in an informal, supportive setting.


Light refreshments will also be provided. This event is a collaboration with Anglicare.
