Feeling stressed or concerned about what’s happening in our coastal communities? This free, evidence-based training provides practical strategies to strengthen emotional wellbeing, cope with stress, and support others with compassion. Designed for everyday life, the training equips participants with tools to build resilience, reduce stigma, and foster care across communities.

You will learn simple and practical strategies that you can use every day to cope with stress and build emotional resilience.

You will leave with:

· Practical tools to boost your emotional wellbeing and resilience

· Positive coping strategies for stress and distress

· Knowledge of how to create your own Wellbeing Plan

· Confidence to support others with compassion, and empathy.

What makes this session different?

It’s evidence-based and designed for everyday life. You will learn how to spot signs of emotional distress, break down myths and stigma, and respond compassionately to yourself and others.
