Description

The Collaborate + Connect + Commercialise event is designed to bring researchers together with industry and advisers to discuss how to better connect the dots between discovery and impact.

This free seminar is the second in a new series presented by the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct designed to connect you with the people and skills needed to maximise the impact of your research.

Dr Duncan Holmes, European Head, Discovery Partnerships with Academia (DPAc), GSK, will introduce you to the DPAc model of collaboration which if successful, goes from early discovery to launch of medicine.

This talk will focus on the 2018 Australian Discovery Fast Track Challenge, where researchers can apply to
collaborate with GSK to have their therapeutic target screened against the GSK compound collections.
