What if I'm new to yoga? Is the class suitable?

Yes! I provide descriptive classes, suitable for complete beginners to intermediate practitioners. This will be a gentle flow, and modifications for asanas (poses) will be given as required.

What kind of topics will be discussed in circle?

Topics will mainly revolve around self-reflection, self-development, mindset and wellness, and may also include environmental stewardship, sustainability, and lifestyle.
