More than a class, this is a growing circle of like-minded women coming together for their own self-care while being present for, and uplifting, one another. In this intimate 2–6 person experience, the studio becomes a calm and intentional space where the outside world softens & connection begins — whether you know each other at the start or not.
Each gathering is thoughtfully guided through three essential phases: activation, regulation, and integration.
We begin with intelligent, energising movement using Pilates and functional training to awaken strength, refine alignment, and build vitality. Precision & presence deepen awareness, & confidence grows within the body.
The rhythm then shifts into connective tissue release and breath-led regulation with elements of Yin Yoga, Qi-Gong & Yoga flow. Fascia softens, tension unwinds, and the nervous system settles into grounded calm. Here, strength meets softness — and resilience builds from within.
Finally, you are guided into deep integration through guided meditation and an immersive live sound bath. Vibrational tones and restorative stillness allow the body to absorb the work, recalibrate, and restore.
You leave not only stronger & more relaxed, but connected — to yourself & to a community of women committed to caring for their wellbeing together.
