Community Sunday Elwood Dips

Come join @elwooddips community every Sunday morning for an ocean dip.

We do breathwork at 7:45am on the sand (look out for the saturday story on the IG elwooddips page if its on)and the ocean dip at 8:30am which is on in any weather.

After the dip we go to the coffee shop at The Hub Elwood for deep chats or laughs.

The location on the beach where we usually meet is to the right of the Elwood life saving club. So basically as you enter from the main street into elwood beach, just head straight down to the sand.

Look out for Jana Inuit's hair (picture below), Im usually there.
