Round up your family, friends and neighbours to help plant around 2,000 shrubs, groundcovers, and grasses!
**T he planting day is from 10am-12pm. We're asking that you book in to arrive during a certain timeslot just to help stagger numbers so that everyone has a good experience. Please treat this as a guide; you are welcome to come along for as long as you would like.**

Glen Eira’s biodiversity includes a diverse range of organisms, from insects and small mammals to transient birds and majestic trees. Sadly, there is a lack of natural ecosystems in Glen Eira and much of the municipality comprises heavily modified environments, such as buildings and gardens.
This planting day is part of Glen Eira City Council’s Community Planting Week from Sunday 28 April to Saturday 4 May, including a plant giveaway.
