THE DEETS:

WHEN: Every Sunday 8am - Next one Sunday January 25th 2026

WHERE: Elwood Park and Foreshore - In the park to the left of the car park behind Elwood Bathers

WHO: Everyone is welcome in this beautiful community

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga Mat, blanket & warm comfy clothes. Bathers and a towel if you're in for the dip. Sleep mask as an added bonus if you have one for meditaiton.

COST: This is a donation based community event.

We want this experience to be accessible to everyone, so no one misses out on the power of reconnecting with yourself each week while being supported by a beautiful community.
