Community Discovery Day

Welcoming day to bring together Deakin students and community.

Bus departs Deakin bus stop at 10am to 3:30pm

Join us for a welcoming day designed to bring together Deakin students and Warrnambool’s multicultural community through shared experiences, conversation and connection.

The day begins with a relaxed morning tea at the Warrnambool Library and Learning Centre, providing an opportunity to meet community members and learn more about local cultural groups. We’ll then head out together on a bus tour to Tower Hill for lunch, followed by a visit to Port Fairy for ice cream.

This free event celebrates cultural exchange, community connection and the value of welcoming new students to our region.
