This Community Breathwork & Sound Session is a guided 60-minute experience designed to help regulate the nervous system, release accumulated stress, and bring both mind and body back into balance, setting you up feeling grounded and refreshed for the weekend ahead.
Through intentional Breathwork and immersive Sound, you’ll be supported to slow down, shift out of “doing mode,” and reconnect with your body and breath.
The session is suitable for all levels, with no prior breathwork or meditation experience required. This is a supportive, inclusive space where you can simply arrive as you are and allow the breath and sound to do the work.
Who is this session for? This session is suitable for all levels. No prior Breathwork or meditation experience is required. What will the session involve? A guided combination of Breathwork and Sound designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance.
What should I bring? Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a yoga mat or towel (optional). Everything else is provided.
Do I need to book? Yes. This session is free for ACTV members, but booking via the Mindbody App is required to secure your spot. Spaces are limited.
Can I just turn up? Walk-ins are not guaranteed. Booking ahead is strongly recommended.
Is this a workout?
No. This is a low-impact, restorative session focused on relaxation, breathing, and nervous system regulation.
Anything else I should know? Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. If you have any medical concerns, listen to your body and modify as needed.
