About this event

Do you connect with your stakeholders?

Are you equipping your leaders to connect their employees, customers, partners, investors?

Or are you simply communicating?

The ability to clearly express your ideas, thoughts and feelings means that your people – your staff, customers, suppliers, shareholders, other stakeholders – will have a better understanding of who you are and what you stand for.

When we communicate with clarity, conviction and compassion, we motivate, educate and inspire. We earn trust, which helps get things done.

The tools we use to communicate may have changed however the basics have not. We still need to know how to communicate to create real connections and sustained engagement – offline AND online.

If you’re looking to hone your communication skills, build your confidence or accelerate your impact at work, in this interactive and highly engaging Communicate to Connect workshop, Mel will provide you with real-life examples and practical ideas to help you:

  • communicate so you can increase engagement within your workplace and your marketplace;
  • better leverage your core content to save time and increase productivity; and
  • encourage your senior leaders to take an active role in using social media – your internal channels and their personal external accounts.
