Overview

Monthly Self-care session at the library

Coming Home To Ourselves is a range of self-care sessions, aimed at carving out a quiet, welcoming space where we can connect with ourselves and each other. We’ll use breathwork, somatic exercises, our five senses, and even a touch of creative arts to explore simple ideas that can make a huge difference to our quality of life.

If you’ve been looking for simple ways to calm your nervous system, feel better in yourself, and are curious about connecting with others of like mind and heart - join us!

Nourishing morning tea provided.

This workshop is part of a six month series of wellbeing sessions presented by MJ Klenner from HeartNotes

IMPORTANT information: Eventbrite bookings are essential. To help us continue offering a wide range of creative programs, a small fee will apply to some of our workshops. This contribution will support the cost of materials and enable us to provide more workshops in the future. Please note that not all workshops will incur this fee—we remain committed to keeping our programs as accessible as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.
