What do I need to bring?

Please bring a bottle of water, journal & a yoga mat. Feel free to also bring a blanket for the breathwork

Please wear anything you will feel comfortable in, active wear is a great option

Should I avoid anything on the day?

Please do not eat or consume any caffeine 3 hours prior to the event

Please arrive 15 mins before the event is due to start to allow for a prompt start

This is not a problem at all and will be a really beautiful introduction to the practice
