新东方艺术联谊会会长徐小丽女士于2009 年成立该会。社团由不同年龄层、具有多元艺术与音乐背景的成员组成的社区艺术团体。

New Eastern Arts Association Inc., founded by Xiao Li (Jennifer) Xu in 2009, is a community-based arts organisation comprising members from diverse age groups and artistic backgrounds.

17 年来，社团始终致力于中国传统艺术与音乐的传承、演出与推广，在社区文化建设与多元文化交流中发挥着积极作用。

For over seventeen years, the Association has been dedicated to preserving, performing, and promoting Chinese traditional arts and music, actively contributing to multicultural engagement within the broader community.
