Overview

Welcome to Collage Club! An accessible, inclusive and playful art workshop open to all levels of experience and abilities.

Collage Club is an opportunity to connect with others and explore your creativity in an inspired and supportive environment.

The workshops are held on Wednesday afternoons at Bundoora Homestead Art Centre. Join us for some cut ‘n’ pasting good times!

Come early to enjoy a bite to eat in our onsite cafe or explore some contemporary art in the Homestead galleries, and roam our heritage gardens.

Bookings are essential.


Cost

$10 per class + booking fee

$80 Season ticket + booking fee

*Please note: Season ticket includes a ticket to all eight classes in Term One Collage Club. No refunds (partial or full) are available for season tickets, all sales are final.

Please note: Classes will not run on 11 and 18 February.

Emma Fayelecaun will be facilitating class on 28 Jan & 4 Feb. Stephanie Hicks will be facilitating class 25 Feb - 1 April.


About The Facilitators

Emma Fayelecaun

Emma Fayelecaun is a multi-disciplinary artist and an art therapist, who has been working to support individual creativity with a diverse range of communities for 20 years.

Emma believes that communal art making brings joy, connection, possibility and personal growth.

Stephanie Hicks

Stephanie is a visual artist working primarily across drawing, collage and assemblage. Stephanie is passionate about fostering positive creative and social outcomes within the community. She brings extensive experience in working with a range of audiences from roles in libraries, galleries and community spaces, and from alongside her art practice.


Join us in the Café!

Our Café is open, offering a variety of light refreshments including pastries, soup, scones, cakes and coffee. It is open from 11am-3pm and the perfect place to grab a bite before your class.

Bundoora Homestead would like to offer workshop participants a $10 coffee + scone special at our café as part of this program. Show your ticket at the café counter to redeem this offer.

— Venue is wheelchair accessible – disabled parking available (2 spaces); entry via ramp at main entrance

— Free car parking available (40 spaces) via onsite car park

— Bike parking also available

— Tram route 86, stop number 63 (Greenwood Drive) + approx 6 min (550m) walk. This tram stop is accessible.

In the interest of caring for the health and well-being of other attendees, please do not attend if you feel unwell, even if your symptoms are mild.

About Us

Bundoora Homestead Art Centre is the public art gallery for the City of Darebin, on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Country. It is a centre for contemporary art, ideas, a public garden and café, housed in a Queen Anne style mansion.

Opening hours: Wed- Fri: 11am–4pm

Saturday: 10am–4pm
