A monthly group to connect and chat with other carers, in a safe space for sharing and an opportunity to receive support and understanding.
Hosted in the welcoming HelpingMinds group room, a variety of drinks and snacks will be provided. The morning will consist of guided discussions and some mindfulness activities to enhance calm and connection.
