<H2>Have you met Pepper, the friendly robot?  </H2>
 Pepper is a robot who can talk, play music, strike a pose, dance, and is designed to be a fun and interactive companion for all. 
Now, students can learn how to program their very own creations on Pepper, with Pepper’s various features including cameras, a tablet, voice recognition, and touch sensors.  
 
In this one day class, learn to program Pepper to:

respond to your verbal commands, respond to touch by touching Pepper’s head or hands (Beginner)

recognise your face and objects, show image on the chest screen (Advance)

Be inspired with Pepper as an introduction to STEM, coding and creativity. Join us in this journey of creating, inventing, and programming on Pepper today! *Contents of this class overlaps that of the previous holiday 5-day course.  
 
【Format】 
★ 1 day / 3-hour course from 1:00PM to 4:00PM on Saturday
★ Venue: Pepper Studio, Level 2, TCB building, 315 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley
★ Dates:

Beginner - Beginner Sessions will be held on Saturday 2 September 2017

Advance - Advance Sessions will be held on Saturday, 9th September 2017 and Saturday, 16th September 2017.
</LI>

★ Recommended ages:

Beginner - suitable for children 10 years +
</LI>
<LI>
Advance - suitable for children 10 - 15 years 
</LI>
</UL>
★ Fee for the course: $43.63 per class (include GST and EventBrite fees)
 
Workshops will be set up as teams of 4 participants with one tutor and one Pepper robot. We will have a maximum group size of 12 participants per session.  
Parents are invited to attend the last 30 minutes of the class to watch the presentations by the participants of their Pepper programs that they have developed.

This class requires 4 minimum participants count to take place. In case we cannot secure 4 students by 3 days before of the event date, we may cancel the class and will send you a notice of cancellation. Ticket purchase will be refunded in this case.
