Bega Valley Shire Library will be hosting a Coding Night at Bermagui library once a month starting on Thursday 17 March.
Coding refers to digital programming, the language which tells computers and digital devices what to do. Coding and programming is becoming more and more accessible to people and is no longer restricted to professional programmers.
Everything digital is welcome at the Coding Night.
From software and app development, digital media projects, robotics and web development.
This is the opportunity for people to share projects, get help from experts, learn some new skills and network with other enthusiasts in the community.
The Coding Night will offer a friendly space for people of all ages from the complete beginner to expert industry programmers.
Bermagui library’s Coding Night will be on every third Thursday of the month from 5.30pm-8.30pm. All you have to do is come along with your own device and if you wish, bring your own snacks (no alcohol).
