Connecting and Communicating through Coding

Thank you for registering for this two-day CoderDojo Coding Bootcamp event.

The Bootcamp offers great prizes and an excellent opportunity to create some interactive and innovative coding in SCRATCH, HTML&CSS, PYTHON.

  1. Sharpen your programming skills (whether you are a novice or a nerd)
  2. Produce an innovative and creative software solution to help address some of today's global and social challenges
  3. Engage and interact in group activities
  4. Learn and practice programming and app development techniques
  5. Develop, present and communicate creative software solutions to social problems
  6. Win fabulous prizes of coding and robotic kits


(School-going and tertiary students, parents of all ages, community and NGO leaders…)

DATES: The programme runs over 2 full days: SUNDAY 16 JUNE 2019 and SATURDAY 22 JUNE 2019

TIMES: 9AM to 3PM (with a supplied lunch)

VENUE: Islamic College of Brisbane (library), KARAWATHA

A separate registration MUST be completed for EACH PERSON wanting to participate in the bootcamp.

Parents must complete registrations for childen under 14 years.

The following will be provided:

  1. Computers and Internet access (but bring your device along if you prefer to work with your own).

  2. Lunch and drinks during breaks.

Please note spaces are limited, and registration does not guarantee you a place in this session.

However, your details will be placed in a waiting list for the next session.
