Codebrew is CISSA’s annual flagship hackathon for students.

(If you are residing in regional Victoria or interstate in Australia, please purchase a ticket 1 week before the event (8th of April) to allow for delivery time).This year&#x27;s virtual hackathon will take place over the weekend of April 16-18, where teams of 4-5 students will create a software project under the given theme, A Post-COVID World. This year, participants will brainstorm ideas under 3 different tracks for the given theme: Remote Education &amp; Work, Social Good and Public Health.Codebrew welcomes all students regardless of skill level to work through an exhilarating and rewarding 36 hours in a team environment, to experience the joy of coming up with innovative ideas and turning them into reality. With the goal of our hackathon being to develop the participants’ technical knowledge, we will also be holding workshops on topics related to UI/UX design, web development, version control etc. leading up to and during the event. Experienced mentors from industry leaders such as Google, IMC, Microsoft etc. will also be present to provide participants with guidance and offer expert opinions on their ideas. Only one person per team needs to fill this out.4.
