Our goal as an organisation is to help create the best developer talent in the world, starting here in Brisbane. We’re QUT's largest IT club and are expanding to other universities and organisations in the area.

<P>Over the weekend of the 30th August to 1st September, developers, creatives and hustlers have created some fantastic applications in teams for the Code Network's annual Winter Hackathon. We're presenting an open opportunity to network with the participants to all in the Code Network community, and from startups around Brisbane. If you'd like to see the fantastic pitches on Sunday night (1/09/2019) and network with the participants responsible, this is your chance! Grab a ticket now.<BR><BR>Food and drink catering provided, and the event is freely available- tickets limited! <SPAN>Pitches start @ 6pm.</SPAN></P>
<P>The topic of our yearly Winter Hackathon is always "Build whatever, as long as it's awesome!". This hackathon is strongly focused on the hack you build. The aim is to make the most awesome thing you can over the weekend. There's no selling, market validation or any other business stuff. That's right, just make something awesome!<BR></P>
<P><STRONG>Venue Location:</STRONG> River City Labs - you can find it on Google Maps for easy directions. Once you get to the building, it can be a little confusing. We'll try to put signs out but if you get stuck send us a message on our Facebook page and we'll lend a hand as soon as possible! Once you get out of the elevator turn right and you should see the event registration.</P>
<P><SPAN><STRONG>Tickets:</STRONG> </SPAN>Due to the expected high demand and venue security requirements, everyone will need a valid ticket to enter the building. All community and startup spectator tickets are <SPAN><EM>completely free</EM></SPAN>!</P>
