Ever wanted to learn how to make cocktails properly (and not just guess your way through it at home)? Come join us for a fun, beginner-friendly cocktail making masterclass at Polly’s, where you’ll learn the basics, drink what you make, and meet a bunch of lovely MWHG girlies along the way.

This is a relaxed, social session with plenty of time to mingle between cocktails – perfect if you’re coming solo and want to make new friends.

What to expect:

🥂 Instagram Group Chat – We’ll create an Instagram group chat one day before the event so you can introduce yourself and connect with the other girls coming along.

👋 Meet & Mingle First – We’ll meet at 6:30pm for a welcome drink on arrival and a little pre-class chat with the group.

🍹 Guided Class (Tips + Tricks) – Polly’s bartenders will guide you through cocktail-making techniques like shaking, muddling, and stirring, plus heaps of tips you can use again at home.

🍸 Make + Drink 3 Cocktails – Over the course of the class, each guest will make and enjoy three cocktails.

🧀 Grazing/Cheese Platters Included – You’ll be served shared grazing/cheese platter(s) throughout the session to keep you fuelled.

🌱 Mocktails + Dietary Friendly – Mocktails are available, and the venue can accommodate a range of dietary requirements.

💬 Plenty of Time to Chat – Each cocktail takes around 10 minutes to make, with 20–30 minutes between rounds to sip, snack, and socialise.
