What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will be refunded in full (except the EventBrite fees as these are non-refundable).

I have food intolerances. What do I do?

Please send an email to birkdale@craftbrewhouse.com.au, noting the email address you used to register your ticket and what your intolerance is so we can discuss options that will suit you.

I want to sit with my friends. How do I organise that?

Send an email to birkdale@craftbrewhouse.com.au stating the emails of the multiple bookings that want to sit together.

What happens if less than 10 people book an event date?

These classes are viable for a minimum of 10 people only. Unfortunately, if an event has less than 10 people booked, then we reserve the right to cancel the event. You will be contacted and we will find an alternative date if this happens.

We have an ever growing list of cocktails that we are ready to teach you!

A super friendly afternoon where the only effort involved is the shaking of the cocktails themselves! Light lunch of bruschetta, spring rolls and seasoned fries is included. If you have dietary requirements you can still book - just send us an email so we can discuss options.

Make your creation while finding out a little more about each of the cocktails and their origins. Sip and relax with your friends.

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel if less than 10 people book. If you are booked on a date that is cancelled then we will contact you to move your booking to another date.
