Caring for someone else often means putting their needs first, which can lead to neglecting your own health. It’s important to take a whole person approach to health - recognizing how physical, emotional, and social factors are all connected. By actively managing your own health and wellbeing through rest, support, healthy habits, and self-care, you can sustain your ability to care for others while maintaining your own quality of life.
