About this event


Agile transformation and Organizational change is a complex, tedious, and difficult journey. It is not easy to lead and achieve transformation especially when the environment and ecosystem we operate in is exponentially volatile, unpredictable, complex, and ambiguous.

To lead a successful Agile Transformation initiative, you will need the right tools, techniques, and most importantly the right mindset. Enterprise Agility requires skills way beyond the individual team level and involves a solid academic and pragmatic foundation to be able to lead changes in the realm of a plethora of organizational challenges.

Enterprise Coaches require advanced and specialized skills that get augmented to team coaching and facilitation disciplines. They focus more on the disciplines of management consulting and Organizational Development (OD). These skills empower the Enterprise Coach to work effectively within the constraints of existing organizational structures and culture and help in developing leaders, building a strong team culture, growing technical practices, change and program management, complex adaptive systems, and increasing business agility across the enterprise.

The ICP-CAT is the second of two knowledge-based certifications on the Enterprise Coaching for Agility Track. This certification focuses on the field of Enterprise Coaching for Agility, explores the core elements of an agile transformation, and links the core enterprise coaching competencies in a way that empowers coaches to act as agents of change in organizations. The Learning Outcomes also delve in to the pursuit of professional mastery and the ethical considerations of Enterprise Coaching for Agility. They then look at elements central to agile transitions such as organizational and human change processes, transformation strategies, addressing organizational impediments, and communicating, educating, and facilitating at an organizational level.

Our training is designed by Certified Training from the Back of the Room Trainers using research-backed brain-based adult learning techniques. 4 session course is delivered by a highly qualified Enterprise Coach/Trainer with real-world experience of working in agile transformations and agile teams.

Course Highlights:

Coach2Reach’s ICAgile accredited ICP-CAT workshop will prepare and empower you to lead successful Agile transformation and achieve enterprise agility. The comprehensive workshop includes in-depth training by IC Agile accredited instructors to help you gain personal and professional mastery of Enterprise Agile Coaching (EAC).

C2R instructors are ICAgile certified and experienced agilists from the industry who bring a wealth of hands-on experience to facilitate a rich learning experience.

We use a hybrid format including Instructor-led, collaborative group exercises, and full immersion learning from industry case studies where you can apply the knowledge firsthand. This pragmatic approach facilitates deep learning of agility at the enterprise level in the areas of Leadership, Culture, Organizational structures, and change management models. This course will require some pre-training reading. Student material will be sent in advance.

What will you learn?

You will get a good understanding of the drivers and factors causing organizational resistance, the psychology of change, and the change models. The coursework will prepare you in large scale facilitation of change, modifying organizational processes, improving the culture, and coaching the people to scale agile and delivering value as an enterprise coach.

It will equip you with a wide set of skills, tools, and techniques that will enable and empower you to accelerate the adaptation of agile values and mindset at the organizational level and catalyze the transformation to meet the organization’s strategic vision, goals and needs.
