Overview

Get ready for Climate Fresk - A collaborative, game-based workshop helping teams build climate science literacy, connection and purpose.

🌿 Climate Fresk – Solve the Climate Puzzle

Experienced by more than two million participants worldwide, Climate Fresk is a collaborative, game-based workshop that helps teams build a shared understanding of climate change and its implications for organisations, communities, and decision-making.

Grounded in climate science and designed for participation, Climate Fresk strengthens climate literacy, improves internal communication, and helps teams align around the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly changing world.

Delivered as a stand-alone session or as part of a broader sustainability or strategy program, Climate Fresk supports organisations to move beyond surface-level awareness toward informed, collective action.

💡 What It Is

A three-hour, team-based experience where participants work together to solve the climate puzzle.

Using 42 illustrated cards grounded in IPCC science, teams map the cause-and-effect relationships driving climate change and its impacts on ecosystems, societies, economies, and organisational contexts.

Participants leave with a clear, shared understanding of:

  • how the climate system works
  • why it is changing
  • how climate risks and transitions connect to their organisation, sector, and communities

Sessions can be tailored to align with your organisation’s sustainability initiatives, risk conversations, or internal communication priorities.

💬 What Teams Gain

Climate literacy - a shared, science-backed understanding of climate change and its drivers.

Confidence - clearer language and framing to discuss climate issues across teams, clients, and leadership.

Connection - a highly collaborative experience that builds trust, empathy, and collective intelligence.

Direction - a stronger foundation for informed decision-making and meaningful climate action.

👥 Workshop Format

Duration: 3 hours.

Group size: up to 16 participants per session. Can be delivered as single sessions or a series across multiple teams.

Delivery: On-site or off-site by arrangement. Micro and small businesses may collaborate to form a shared workshop group (with a suitable venue).

Locations: Local, regional, and interstate delivery available.

Facilitator: Tom Foster, founder of EcoProsper Consulting and a certified Pro Climate Fresk facilitator.
