Due to COVID19 restrictions, our physical meetings have limited capacity, however, unlimited for online attendees. We typically hold our meetings on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month.

Club Background:

At Advanced CBD Toastmasters, we provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which members have the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

Our club has over 20 members and our meetings are packed with prepared & impromptu speeches with coaching sessions where speakers receive "kind but candid" feedback from experienced members. Guests are welcome to give a 1-2 min impromptu speech during the Table Topic segment of the meeting.
