Saint Stella Presents invites you to Christmas In The Cathedral, a celebration of music, light, and the spirit of the season. Featuring the soaring vocals of Suellen Cusack, Daniel Szesiong Todd, and Jessica Savage, this special event blends timeless carols with contemporary favourites in one of Rockhampton’s most beautiful and atmospheric sacred spaces, promising a truly unforgettable concert experience filled with character and acoustic warmth.

Suellen Cusack is the principal performer with Saint Stella Presents, well-known and loved as Australia’s #1 Female Classical Crossover Soprano. She has delighted audiences worldwide with her singing talent, more recently touring with Damien Leith as his special guest for Ireland Orchestrated. Both of her albums, ‘Whisper of Angels’ and ‘The Irish Songbook’, debuted at #1 on the ARIA Charts and continue to be featured as standout albums. Suellen has performed alongside notable artists such as Mark Vincent and Todd McKenney, and her powerful, emotive voice will be a highlight of Christmas in the Chapel.

Daniel Szesiong Todd is a Chinese-Australian opera singer whose career spans leading roles with Victorian Opera, acclaimed seasons at Hamburg Staatsoper, and major festival appearances from Bonn to Suzhou. A University of Melbourne graduate with first-class honours in Law and Music, Daniel has also championed music education across Australia and China, created new works with Forest Collective, toured with The Ten Tenors, and premiered his own libretto at the sold- out 2024 Midsumma Festival, showcasing his versatility and cross-cultural impact.

Jessica Savage is a performer with Saint Stella Presents and a contemporary music theatre specialist, known for her performances in numerous professional productions throughout New York City. Since returning home, she now runs her own vocal coaching studio and is honoured to be part of the Saint Stella Presents cast. Her dynamic stage presence and versatile talent will bring a vibrant energy to this festive performance.
