• Date: Saturday, 12 December 2020
• Time: 6:00pm gates open; 8:00pm movie starts - 11:00pm
• Venue: X Convenience Oval - entry is via Goodman Road

What to bring

• Your e-tickets - printed or on your mobile device

• Fold up chairs - can only be used on the raised seating area
• Picnic basket including food and drink - no glass

• Layers - it may get chilly later in the evening

What seating options are there?

There are 3 seating options available:

1. On the Oval - Boxes will be marked on the oval if you prefer a picnic style experience - this will be ground seating only
2. Cement raised platform area - Deck chair seating allowed (please note ground will be marked to maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing between families/social groups)
3. Grandstand seating - The grandstand will be marked to maintain 1.5 metres social distancing

Please note: Each seating area has a maximum capacity under COVID-19 restrictions so once full, you my need to sit in an alternate area.

Smoking

A dedicated smoking area will be available away from the event space.

COVID-19

This event will be presented in a COVIDSafe manner. The City of Playford has put measures in place to ensure the event is as safe as possible. While we want you to enjoy this event, these measures will only work if everyone plays their part in keeping one another safe – so please follow the COVIDSafe event guidelines. Please note that due to contact tracing requirements, you will need to list the names of people attending the event with you in your family or social group – please have this handy before you start the registration process. • General admission tickets are free of charge with up to 10 tickets available per group
• Tickets are valid for one entry only on Saturday, 12 December 2020
• A confirmation email will be sent upon registration
• Please note tickets are strictly limited
• There are no pass outs available during the event
