A highlight of the day is the Settimo Fresh Pasta Station, a homage to Chef Guy Grossi’s signature Italian flair. Watch as chefs craft lobster ravioli tossed in chive beurre blanc and delicate black truffle mezzelune, prepared fresh before your eyes.

The experience continues with an abundant seafood boat, a live sushi & nigiri station where chefs aburi-sear Wagyu and Salmon to order, and a theatrical carvery featuring premium dry-aged beef ribs and maple-glazed ham, carved straight from the bone.
