Chocolate Masterclass with Aly

Have you ever wanted to know how to fill a profiterole or make an easy chocolate mousse? Would you like some inspiration for homemade truffles that you can share with your friends?

Join our resident gourmet, Aly, as she shows you how you can create quality sweet treats without needing to go to Chef's school. Using everyday ingredients learn basic piping techniques, two different types of chocolate mousse and explore how to jazz up truffles.

Aly brought us two sold out workshops last year - No Bake Christmas and Christmas Baking on a Budget - so book early to secure you spot.
