This Valentine’s Day, we’re taking a moment to celebrate you - Support Coordinators and Providers who bring care, compassion, and heart to our community every single day.

We’d love you to join us for Choc & Chat – Sharing the Love: a relaxed, drop-in morning of coffee, conversation and chocolate, created simply to say thank you.

We’ll also have a small Valentine’s gift pick-up station, where you can choose a thoughtful gift as a small thank-you from us to you.

This event is proudly shared with our wonderful partners Fairhaven and Lasercraft, who join us in celebrating the kindness and dedication you show our community every day.
