Let’s celebrate Lunar New Year together. 新春將至,讓我們一起揮毫寫下祝福!
Join this fun family event to compose couplets with lucky phrases. Decorate your home with the artwork for a blessed New Year.
歡迎參加「寫揮春」活動,親手寫出寓意吉祥的揮春 (春聯),為家中增添喜慶氛圍。
Multilingual event: Mandarin, Cantonese and English
語言:英語,國語,廣東話。
All material will be provided. A calligraphy teacher will be available to guide you in creating your own artwork.
現場提供紅紙與毛筆,並有書法老師指導。
All children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult.

Chinese Community Social Hub provides a sharing space for the Chinese community and those who are interested in Chinese culture. The group is led by volunteers from Sydney Eastern Suburbs Chinese Community (SESCC).
SESCC aims to connect with people in the Chinese communities, get together to strengthen bonds and share Chinese traditional culture.
The Hub conducts seasonal art and craft cultural activities.
“華人匯” 是由悉尼東區華人社群(SESCC)的志願人士帶領的一個團體,目的是為華人社區及對中華文化有興趣的人士提供文化共享交流的機會。
悉尼東區華人社群 (SESCC)致力為華人社區建立和加強聯繫,與及分享中國傳統文化。
“華人匯” 會定期舉辦與傳統節日相關的手工藝活動,與及社區資訊講座。
This is a free event, bookings are essential. All welcome.

- You must be a Library member to attend. Library membership is free and you can sign up at any branch or online today.
- If you are unable to attend please cancel your tickets as soon as possible. This will enable others to participate in the event.
- Tickets are not transferrable.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the event to run on time.
- Due to the safety and enjoyment of participants, we are unable to admit latecomers to the room after the start time.
- Your ticket can be cancelled by the organiser at any time without further notice.
