Education session to assist organisations in ensuring they provide a safe environment for kids to participate in sport and physical activity

This session aims to provides sporting and active recreation organisations with understanding, policies and practices to ensure that they provide a safe environment for children to participate.

The session will focus on areas such as:

  • Legal Obligations
  • Policy and Code of Conduct
  • Risk Assessments for high risk activities (Changerooms, social media, overnight travel etc)
  • Empowering Children and young people (decision making and reporting)
  • Building a reporting culture within your organisation
