Join us for the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Castle Hill High School P&C Association.
This meeting will be held onsite at school. We will meet upstairs in the administration building common room (up above the school office)
At the AGM, annual reports will be presented by the President, Treasurer and School principal.
Office bearers for the coming year will also be elected by the members.
Office bearer positions available are President, Vice President x 2, Treasurer and Secretary. Non office bearer positions are also available and we can elect up to 6.
All current financial members of the association can vote and stand for an office bearing position if they so choose. More information on the positions and the P & C can be found at https://www.chhspc.org.au/
The AGM will be followed by the general meeting for May.
There will be a short break between the meetings and light refreshments will be provided.
