Come along and learn the fundmental science &amp; production of cheesemaking with our Master Cheesemaker, David Bower (26years experience).Our workshop is a 2.5hour hands on session, cheesemaking and learning as you progress through our exclusive recipe. Take home two cheeses &amp; recipe at the end of the session.Enjoy our Cheese Appreciation Class with cheese and wine tasting &amp; enjoy the grazing platters. Learn pairings, the origins of cheese, ingredients, ripening principles, storage and aging while you sample your way through our full selection of onsite made cheeses.See you there!
