This is a Hands-on cheesemaking workshops that runs for six hours. In our Hands-on Course, you’ll discover how to create a variety of popular cheeses right in your own kitchen from scratch, using simple ingredients including supermarket milk, from as little as $10/kg! Each cheese is easy to make from standard supermarket milk, affordable and perfect for adding variety to your meals at home or entertaining. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our hands-on approach will guide you every step of the way. You get to take home at least 1.5kg of the cheeses that are made at the workshop.We will also teach you how to store and mature your cheeses, a process that enhances the flavour of the cheeses. There are some cheaper tickets that will become available (if there is room) a few days before the course date.
