Buy prepaid tickets for the Barry the Cheeseman cheesy adventure, where you'll learn the art of making delicious cheese from scratch!

This is a pre-paid voucher for a hands-on cheesemaking workshop that runs for six hours. These are ideal gifts for friends & family. These pre-paid vouchers offer a $50 saving on the normal price. They are NOT a booking on an actuial workshop but rather they are used as prepayment for an actual workshop.

You simply buy the voucher and gift it to the recipent. Then the voucher recipient can email us their voucher (to cheesewithbarry@gmail.com) and we will transfer this booking onto an actual hands-on workshop near where they live at a time to suit themselves. In our Hands-on Course, you’ll discover how to create a variety of popular cheeses right in your own kitchen from scratch, using simple ingredients including supermarket milk, from as little as $10/kg!

Each cheese is easy to make from standard supermarket milk, affordable and perfect for adding variety to your meals at home or entertaining. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our hands-on approach will guide you every step of the way. You get to take home at least 1.5kg of the cheeses that are made at the workshop.

We will also teach you how to store and mature your cheeses, a process that enhances the flavour of the cheeses. You will be able to store your cheese indefinitely and bring them out for use when you want.

Terms and conditions

• enrolments onto workshops are accepted in the order of booking until the class is full
• a workshop maybe cancelled if insufficient numbers of participants enrol
• there will be full refund payable if the workshop is cancelled by the organiser
• there are no refunds on prepaid vouchers, but you can transfer to another workshop
• if you decide to transfer to another date or venue, we will do this at no charge upon receipt of a written request emailed to cheesewithbarry@gmail.com, at least 7 days prior to the event
• you can substitute 3rd parties if you are not able to attend the workshop

Availability of spots

• there is a maximum number of participants on any of the hands-on workshops. This maximum varies depending on the capacity of the venue.
