Saturday February 13th, 2021.

In this class you’ll learn the fundamentals of cheesemaking; the class will explore setting rennet, soft curd and Persian fetta; and yes, you'll learn to make your very own fresh cheese!

The class will begin with a 101 introduction to cheesemaking with Liam as you enjoy some of Le Rebelle’s signature crab toast and a paired glass of premium West Australian wine or cider.

You’ll then pair up at a station and get started on making your cheese. The class will end with a Q&A around the bench as you enjoy your cheese with housemade crackers and a delicious Le Rebelle dessert.
