Refund / Transfer Policy

We have a flexible refund policy and offer full refunds up to 48 hours from the event date. If you are unable to attend within this timeframe, contact us to discuss transferring to another event or having another guest attend. You may transfer your ticket to another guest, just email us the name.

Please let us know as part of the ticket purchase process what your dietary requirement is and we'll work with the restaurant or venue to accommodate. Note: At the wine and cheese masterclass we only serve cheese and wine (no crackers) so the flavour profile of the match can be evaluated.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, we are a paperless event and a guest list will be checked at the door.

Guests will be seated in classroom format with other guests. If you have a large group and want to sit together, please let us know as part of the ticket purchase process so we can assign you some seating. It is otherwise open seating at the event.
