Great champagne, inspiring food, and expert commentary from Adelaide's top sommeliers. Seven exceptional champagnes, personally selected by Bhatia, Marcell and Liinaa, will be paired alongside a 6-course tasting menu prepared by the team at Restaurant Eleven. Enjoy the best of South Australia with contemporary and French inspired cuisine.
All champagnes will be served in the spirit of generosity with full, 100ml pours.
