This will be a transformation journey of discovering your energetic body to restore Balance & Harmony. We use Essential oils, Crystals, Tuning Forks, Sound and Affirmations to activate and balance your chakras, empowering you with the tools to create your own personalised practice.
We will end with a 30 minute sound bath body balance
