Cainara (Cai) is a highly experienced yoga teacher specialising in yoga for mental health. She holds three yoga certifications and a degree in Psychology.
Cai’s teaching style is gentle, supportive, and empowering. She creates a safe space where worries can be set aside, helping participants feel grounded, present, and at ease. Her mission is to share simple, effective techniques that support a healthy and happy life.

Do I need to bring anything?
No, just wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in.
I have injuries. Can I still participate?
Yes. Chair Yoga is adaptable and guided by breath and awareness. If a movement isn’t suitable for you, Cai will offer alternatives so you can still benefit.
I’ve never done yoga before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. No prior experience is needed. Everything is clearly explained and demonstrated.
