Come and join us on the chair for some gentle mindful movement. Chair Yoga is perfect for everybody and especially if you have challenges getting down onto a yoga mat.

Chair yoga is perfect for you if you :

  • Love yoga and looking to try something new
  • Are looking for a gentle safe, low-impact exercise
  • Currently have limited mobility or chronic health conditions
  • Sit at a desk for long periods of time and looking to stretch

Optional standing poses will be offered, with the support of the chair.
